Before beginning to use the Lodge Tracker 2.0.0.0, you need to sign-up with it, filling the given fields. Next, log in to the application and you would be displayed the main program screen consisting user-friendly features. The menu bar is all set with self-explanatory options; File, Mason(s)/Member(s), Dues, Lodge Info, Officer Info, Lodge Assets, Search Assets, and Windows. Every option in the program is set to open a new window for recording different information. First, using ‘Lodge Info’ and ‘Officer Info’ options you can enter the address details of your Lodge, and add/view lodge officer’s info, respectively. With the Mason(s)/Member(s) option, you can record new member information; explore member according to good standing, demitted, suspended, or expelled; check Mason in work according to EA or FC degree; explore all members; export mailing labels; and view Mason/Member Stats. With Dues, it’s easy to check the payments received from the members. Further, with ‘Lodge Assets’ and ‘Search Assets’ option, you can add, view, edit, manage, and also Search the information relating the entire assets of the lodge. As every option opens a new window, you can scroll between them Windows option.
